  Tips on getting the most out of your perfume oil:

1. Apply to warm pressure points, such as the inside of your wrists, behind the knees, your décolletage, behind your ear and the base of your neck.

2. Keep your perfume bottle in a cool, dark and dry area.

3. Always keep capped when not in use.

4. Do not rub the perfume oil into your skin. The fragrance molecules can crush and ruin the scent.

5. Apply perfume immediately after your shower. Your pores are more open and will soak up the scent more readily.

6. Layer your scent. These perfume oils can be mixed in soaps, scrubs & lotions. By combining applying your perfume after using these matching scent products, you will need to use less perfume to achieve the desired scent result.

In order to use your essential oils safely, it is important to use the correct quantity of essential oil in each type of preparations.

• Facial oils face creams; 1% in treatment; 0.25%-0.5 for long term use.
• Masks 0.5% mixed with vegetable oil
• Eye oil and eye cream avoid using essential oils
• Body products 1-2% is generally considered safe and effective for body oils, creams, lotions, ointment and balms.
• Bath oils and bath salts 1-2% is generally considered safe. A lower dilution is recommended when treating inflamed skin conditions and a higher dilution is recommended when making bath for aching muscles.
• Sensitive skin products 0.5% and in some particularly sensitive and inflamed conditions may be even less.
• Baby products 0.25% your choice is limited to very safe oils such as blue and roman chamomile, mandarin, tangerine, lavender and neroli.
