HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Payment can be made either by Paypal ,credit card with Paypal, direct bank deposit or cheque.
Why do we use Paypal for Payment

PayPal provides a way to send money to anyone in the world who has an email address.

But, first you don't have to register to use their services. But we do recommend you register your details (including Credit Card details) with PayPal. As part of this process you decide on a password so that you are the only one who can access your PayPal account.

All this information which is sent to PayPal is sent securely (ie all the data is encrypted) so that even if intercepted by anyone while passing across the Internet, the information cannot be extracted. Only PayPal can decipher the data.(PayPal uses "SSL security" which is the industry standard way to send sensitive information in a highly encrypted form across the Internet. Virtually all on-line stores and banks use this same system.)
The advantage for the seller (me in this case) is that I don’t have to set up a "Credit Card Payment Gateway" with a bank to be able to accept Credit Card payments. Such a set-up with a bank is not economical for such a moderate volume of transactions.
The advantages for the buyer (you) are: ease of payment via Credit Card, ability to pay in your local currency without paying any bank fees (bank charges for International bank drafts, or currency conversion fees).
You pay no fees to PayPal, no postage costs or postal delivery delays when sending your order and payment to me, you have a record of your payment and most importantly you have a refund guaranty in case the transaction is fraudulent

When we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within minutes. If you do not receive an e-mail, send us an email soapconscious@optusnet.com before placing another order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch
No minimums, however a $11.70 including freight and handling charge applies to orders until 3 kilos .
If your order is small and can fit in a smaller bag; we will refund $3.30 with paypal.

We adopted Express Bag Shipping.
Australia Post Express; this option provides for soft satchels, weighing all up 500gm and 3kg . That said, we are all often disappointed by carriers not meeting their delivery targets, and there are no guarantees, so please always ensure there is some fat in your schedule.

Shipping costs are an issue that concerns everyone overseas who orders goods online. Due to the overcharging possibility with the nature of goods we handle we have opted to calculate all freight charges manually. We have more flexibility with weight and dimension of your shipment to get you the best quote. When we give you a quote, it is always based on what we can best do for you! Rates are calculated on both kilo weight and cubic weight.
Rates for Australia Post can be seen at www.auspost.com.au. An additional $1.50 is charged on orders over $30 for Receipted Delivery to allow trackability of your parcel.Rates for International Post can be seen HERE
Customs: Duties and Taxes: assessed by your government will be your responsibility- Soapconscious does not mark international shipments as “Gifts”, nor will we compromise our integrity by making false statements regarding the contents of your package. Soapconscious has no control over the amount of time your package takes to clear Customs in your country.
