5grs bag of concentrate pigments called Medium Beige- ( it will make around 80grs foundation)
Light to Medium Skin Tones. This has a neutral undertone
On this picture, you can see Medium Beige concentrate mix.
To check different shades I mixed :
1- 1 small scoop of concentrate pigments to 1 Tablespoon of white powder
2- 1 large scoop of concentrate pigments to 1 Tablespoon of white powder
3- 2 large scoops of concentrate pigments to 1 Tablespoon of white powder
4- 3 large scoops of concentrate pigments to 1 Tablespoon of white powder
Instructions
1- Measure two tablespoons (30ml) of Ready Base Mix Mineral Foundationand add 6 small scoops (o.15cc) of Pigment concentrate. You can see why they are called concentrate you need very little amount of pigments.
2- Place the lid on the grinder and run it for several short bursts (10 seconds or so), regularly tapping and shaking to make sure that all the ingredients are being mixed in. In total, run for about 1 minute. -Allowing to sit for a minute before removing lid, so as to keep the product from dusting into the air.
3- You can be lucky and the formula will match perfectly your skin tone, but most of us will need to make some adjustments. Keep adding one mini scoop at the time of Concentrate Pigment mix and grind well each time until you have the same shade than your skin tone. It is easier to check your shade if your proceed one mini scoop at the time.
Again, you may be lucky and the formula will match perfectly your skin tone, but most of us still! will need to make some adjustments. I use the measure of a pinch, please look as the picture it is a pinch of Green oxide and Ultramarine Blue. You can always add some more to adjust.
You need to grind well your powder each time to check how the colour is changing.
If your colour is too pink or is too bright and with a pink shade, add Chromium Oxide Green.
If your colour is too orange, or too bright and with an orange shade add Ultramarine Blue
For a more ivory tone add a small pinch of Yellow Oxide
These are suggestions and each person may need to make further adjustments to suit their own complexions. Take good note how I can adjust my colour easily, with only a little pinch of pigments at the time, the variations are infinite.
