Foundation

Concealer
This will give you a better coverage over uneven pigmentation, Rosacea and blemishes. It is usually lighter in shade then foundation powder and more opaque. For best results always powder over your concealer.
Blush
To give your face a healthy look, apply blush in circular motions along the apples of the cheeks (the circles will make it look more natural then if you just draw a line). To emphasize those cheekbones bring the color up and not just across the face to the ear line.
Eye Shadow

How much of what do I really need?
I will teach you the basics of some working formulas that are very easy to follow.
So here's everything you will be assisted to formulate:
REFINING FOUNDATIONS
I found making foundations the biggest challenge in color cosmetics. Most foundations are made from yellow, red and black oxide. Finding the right combination can be time consuming, messy and tedious.
Your foundation should match your skin tone EXACTLY.
Do not try and make a foundation to correct skin tone. This can be done with blushes and corrector powders.
Foundation Makeup is essentially a two-part product.
First, there is a "base", and to that base is added "color". Therefore the first step is to formulate your "base". The ingredients are defined by these characteristics: coverage, absorbency, adhesion, bloom and slip.
DETERMINING THE RIGHT COMBINATION OF COLORS FOR YOUR SKIN TONE
This is really not as difficult as it may seem.
All skin tones may be achieved my mixing three basic colors together: Red, Black and Yellow. Your foundation should make your skin look as smooth and clear as possible , provide coverage and even out tone. You should always match your skin tone as closely as possible.
If you have a color you have bought that you like, have it with you when blending so you can match it.
Developing concealers and correctors
Concealer is a “must have” in every line of cosmetics.
It has more "coverage" and is therefore less translucent; it is lighter than your foundation by a couple of shades.
Concealer will give you more coverage than your foundation blend, it is ideal for camouflaging imperfections. It helps to neutralize the look of blemishes and dark under eye circles
Making and using Shader.
Shading is the technique used to minimise, to draw attention away from a particular area such as broad nose and it is great for double chin etc.
Mineral Veil is one of the easiest products to make.
Mineral Veil is used to give you a “finished” look; whether you want a “dewy” glow or just a smoothe, finished appearance, Mineral Veil helps you achieve the “put together” look.
Generally, if you are younger you will want more shimmer. If you are older, you will look better in a matte base.
Fashioning Blush
We want these to be more on the translucent side, it will only be used in very small amounts. You will need to blend your colors with a Base mix.
Blending Bronzing Powder
Bronzer is a great way to add a little color to your face and/or body; you can also use it to adjust your foundation color as the seasons change. This is so very simple to achieve.
Creating Eye shadows, Eyeliner
For quick and easy eyeliner, you can use any of your eye shadow blends. You can also make a black or brown-using oxides prepared using your eye shadow base mix.
Do I need to have some experience in Make up ?
This kit has been designed with the complete beginner in mind. Everything is explained in simple terms. A CD with a recipe book with many recipes to try and simple instructions showing you with pictures how to make your products step by step.
